TenderTT is a digital tendering platform that facilitates the procurement process between buyers (procuring entities) and suppliers. The Platform provides tools for publishing tenders, submitting bids, and managing the evaluation process.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its servers

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant us a licence to use, store, and process such content as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal requirements.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content you submit.

6. Confidentiality

Tender submissions are treated as confidential and are protected until the designated opening time. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information you access through the Platform.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect availability.

We recommend submitting bids well before closing deadlines to account for any potential technical issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TenderTT and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TenderTT and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the procuring entity operates, unless otherwise specified in the tender documentation.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
